E-commerce Coordinator - Homewares
Who We Are
At Aura Home, we create luxurious, design-led homewares inspired by the Australian lifestyle. Guided by sustainable practices, we design with intention, using ethically sourced natural fibres to produce gift-worthy homewares collections loved by our customers. Please note this is a Melbourne-based role.
The Role
As the E-commerce Coordinator for this growing omni-channel homewares retailer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our online growth & enhancing the overall digital shopping experience for our customers.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform - overseeing all facets of website functionality, product merchandising and promotional campaigns, ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our online presence.
What You’ll Do
- – Manage daily operations of the website platform, ensuring optimal user experience (includes product creation & updates, merchandising, content management, promotional campaigns, pricing updates and troubleshooting technical issues).
- – Collaborate with the team to source, manage and update product information and merchandising.
- – New product creation on 3rd party marketplace sites.
- – Utilise web analytics to monitor site performance, improve conversion rates and enhance customer experience, including SEO, UI/UX, best practices.
- – Make data-driven merchandising decisions to continually enhance the customer journey & site experience.
- – Work SEO agency & developers to coordinate technical upgrades Jira tickets.
- – Regular reporting on site performanceIdentify opportunities for improvement across marketing channels to meet forecasts.
What We're Looking For
- – 2+ years in an ecommerce role (Magento2 experience desirable).
- – Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, operations and customer experience.
- – Proficiency in Magento2 and Excel/Google Sheets.
- – Proficiency in Web analytics GA4, SEO, Writing Content and Jira (HTML desirable).
- – Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Merchant Centre and JIRA, (Netsuite desirable).
- – Experience in SEO, HTML & CSS required Experience with Marketing tools Yotpo and Klaviyo desirable.
- – Passion for e-commerce, innovation, attention to detail and efficient delivery.
- – Strong writing & communication skills, attention to detail, spelling and grammar.
- – Must be able to demonstrate initiative and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- – Able to thrive in a small team & fast-paced environment
