We use Australia Post for orders within Australia. Excludes Bulky Items - see below.

Local Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday.  Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed Monday morning.
*Please note: During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), delivery and dispatch times may be longer due to a high volume of orders received.

Bulky Items

Please note bulky items such as furniture and rugs do not qualify for free shipping.  Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Our furniture items are delivered by a courier service with door to door delivery.

International Delivery Timeframes

Approximately 6-10 business day delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities, however we suggest allowing up to 20 business days after dispatch for all international deliveries. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Regulations

It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.

Aura Home will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
