TASTEOLOGY Citrus Salt has a base of Great Barrier Reef white rock salt, which has been carefully mixed in with dried lemon granules to create a zesty citrucy flavour. This is the perfect salt mix for your seafood and fish dishes, and is also great to use on salads and pastas. All TASTEOLOGY salts and salt mixes are 100% natural and no preservatives or additives have been incorporated into the mix. Unlike other flavoured salts that may use artificial flavouring oils, the taste you get from TASTEOLOGY salts come straight from the herbs used and is completely natural. The herbs used are all dried before they go into the mixes. This salt comes in an overzised, high quality glass grinder bottle with a ceramic grinder which allows you to adjust the thickness of the granules. The bottle measures 21cm tall.
