TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

 

Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to those who have a wishlist account on www.aurahome.com.au and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Promotion is only open to legal residents of Australia. Employees of Aura Lifestyle Pty Ltd and their agencies are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Entrants can only enter in their own name and not on behalf of another individual. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).

2. How to enter: Entrant must enter during the promotional period. Promotion commences at 06:00 am (AEST) on 4/11/2023 and ends at 11:59 pm (AEST) on 16/11/2023 (Giveaway Period). All times are AEST time.

To enter the Giveaway, Entrants must, during the Giveaway Period: 

- Log in your Aura Home account / or sign up and create one. 

- Add items to your wishlist to the value of at least $350

 

3. Prizes and Winner Selection Entries will be drawn by the promoter. Winner will be drawn on 17 November 2023 (Draw Day). The promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

The first valid entry drawn on Draw Day will win their wishlist, up to a total value of AUD $350 (Prize). All prizes are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If an Entrant’s wishlist value exceeds $350 the Promoter will select the winning items without notice to the Entrant, such that the value of the Entrant’s wishlist does not exceed $350. 

The Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 

The winner of the Prize will be announced on 17 November 2023, on the Promoter’s website www.aurahome.com.au and Instagram.  The winner will be contacted via their nominated email address, and their name will be published on the Promoter’s website. 

 

The Prize Winner must claim the prize within two weeks of being notified by the Promoter, and in accordance with the instructions provided by the Promoter.

The Prize winner will be required to provide the details of one (1) nominated shipping address for the Prize to be posted to, within 28 days from notification of winning the Prize. The Prize will be sent to the Prize winner’s nominated addresses. The Promoter will not take any responsibility for any Prizes being lost and/or delivered to an inaccurate address.

 

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If a Prize (or an element of a Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that element of the Prize) with another prize of equal value and/or specification. 

 

GENERAL

If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud), the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) the Promotion; (b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (d) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (e) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; or (g) use, redemption or taking of a prize.

 

Entry is conditional on Entrants providing their personal information. The Promoter will collect, store, use and disclose personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy (see https://www.aurahome.com.au/privacy). In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Entrant. 

The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter will not disclose personal information overseas. All entries become the property of the Promoter and all Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe the content creator’s/creators’ moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights.
